MBY KRIYAASANA YOGA RETREATS / GOZO, MALTA
A getaway for the soul hosted in a lovely setting filled with peace and modern beauty. Come treat your body from the Inside Out on the Island of Joy aka Gozo! Please be aware that is is a yoga retreat, where we choose to retreat from our everyday lives to practice presence, I invite you to limit your mobile phone use and/or internet use within the retreat home to respect this practice.
THE Retreat runs from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
Your Retreat Package includes :
Welcome Dinner (vegetarian) on arrival day
3hrs of Yoga/day with individual attention to alignment, breath & presence
Healthy breakfast every morning after yoga
Sunset and/or Sunrise Yoga (weather permitting)

I will arrange your airport transfers upon arrival and departures as well, but you will have to pay the driver. Cost is approx 60 euro for a return trip.
Classes will be held each morning from 8-9.30am (first class commences on Sunday morning) and will be a more energising, heat building session. The evening class will be held at 5-6.30pm with a more restorative session and will include a 30 min guided meditation.
Breakfast will be served directly after our morning Yoga class (consisting of fresh fruits, muesli, porridge, yoghurts, toast, nuts, seeds, herbal teas and juices) *Any specific dietary needs can be met if requested upon booking
AIRLINES THAT FLY TO MALTA
Aiport Transfers :
As our guest you will be collected by a pre arranged taxi from the Airport to our retreat location upon arrival and departure.You will pay the driver (the average cost is 60 euros/ return trip, less if others are sharing with you which depends on arrival/departure times)
Gozo Ferry :
You will be collected from the Airport and taken to the Ferry (approx 45 min drive) which will bring you to Gozo (approx. 20 minutes)
Transfer to Retreat:
Once you arrive in Gozo a driver will be there to meet you and bring you to the Inside Out Retreat Location.
Welcome Meal :
Once all guests have arrived in on Saturday Eve we will gather for a Welcome Meal (vegetarian) and get to know one another!
YOUR RETREAT ITINERARY:
Your morning : Wake up in peace and start your day with a 1.5 hr class of Invigorating Yoga followed by a healthy breakfast by the pool (weather permitting).
Your midday: Book treatments, Excursions, Explore or just BE
Your early evening:
A 60 min Restorative Yoga class followed by a 30 minute guided Meditation.
Your Evening :
Dine In Under the Stars or venture out to one of the many great restaurants on the Island
