One to One Online Yoga
MBY Private Online Yoga sessions are a great way to fit some yoga into your day. We can tailor the sessions to suit your needs & goals in the comfort of your own home no matter which country you’re in. Modern technology does have its perks!
We will start with a consultation to discuss what you’d like to achieve, if any injuries are present & get to know one another a bit more. The consultation will be included in your private online yoga package. The consultation is 30 mins long and the classes will run for 75mins.
In each session we will work on breath, postures, kriyas, sound practises and meditation. Your lifestyle will only benefit from a regular practise. You may even find yourself excelling in your relationships & career by learning to be more present & aware.
Private Online Classes can run through Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype so be sure you have a good camera & microphone and set yourself up in the quietest area of your house. You will need a yoga mat, a block and or a high cushion & wear comfortable clothing. You could light a candle for a bit of ambiance as well!
