Kriya means a combination of breath sound & movement that is part of the Kundalini Yoga practice.


The kriyas come in sets aimed at targeting your nervous system, your metabolism, strengthening immunity, strengthening your courage, freedom & strength. balance the mind and transcend weakness and many many more. Each course will have a theme and the kriyas are done is a sequential practice to unblock any energy inside that may be prohibiting your health in mind & body. Each kriya becomes a meditation as they are done for specific length of time.

I will give you an introduction to the practice of Kundalini at the beginning of each course and tune you in with breathwork and meditation before we get moving.

You are free to reach out to me at any stage with any questions and/or concerns you may have.

It is up to you to take good care of yourself during these courses. To stretch your limits not force and push them.

Often when a kriya is challenging for us we need to practice it gently yet regularly to clear what may be blocking that space inside of us.

Each course will be 45 minutes long



20 euros / course made payable via paypal or direct bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed the course will accessible to you for 40 days.


It is traditional in the Kundalini practice to do a practice for 40 days to see great changes. You may choose just one kriya to practice for 1-3 minutes for 40 days as well, start small and notice the changes and your commitment to your practice.
