MBY Yoga Xplained:
As a student of yoga I was advised to always have at least 4 different teachers teaching different styles.
All speaking a language that connected one to their heart. To always choose the sound that resonates with us through the teachers words & actions.
I loved the way each style was unique in such subtle ways & thought of how well rounded it would be to create my own style that meshed all of my favourite styles into a full body minded session.
MBY Blends pranayama, kriya, asana, sound exercises, chanting & meditation into each class with particular focus on breath & safety throughout. This union of styles further represents Yoga.
