This month’s Yoga Intensive will be a Hip Opening week 😉

So be prepared to dig deep into them hips, which help support your hamstrings and spine so by the end of this week all will be feeling might fine!

A Yoga Intensive Week runs from Monday – Friday

*Classes will be held mornings at 9.30-11am (no class on Thurs am)  and every evening (except for Friday) at 7-8.30pm

 

This Intensive will consist of 8 classes in the week.

You can choose to sign up for all of them, or just some.
