Daily breakfastYour retreat package includes a  welcome dinner upon arrival and daily healthy breakfasts:

On arrival guests will gather for a welcome dinner (vegetarian) that will tingle your taste buds and put to rest any grumpy tummies.

Your Breakfast will be served daily directly after our morning Yoga class (10am)

Breakfast will consists of fresh fruits, muesli, porridge, yoghurts, eggs, toast, nuts, seeds, herbal teas and juices.

*Any specific dietary needs can be met if requested upon booking.
