Spring a Ling is soon approaching and this is thee best time of year to Detox the system from all that winter ‘sludge’ and get your insides sparkling clean!
So this Intensive’s theme is TWISTED. We will be focusing on lots of twists to help ring out all them toxins and useless emotions. The digestive system will get a good sloughing and your kidneys and liver will thank you kindly.

This Intensive will be running from March 26th- 30th every morning (except for Thurs) and evening Mon-Fri.
A Yoga Intensive Course will help you devise your own self practice, and will teach you how to be your own teacher.
There will be 9 x Classes held through out the week, which will help in making your practice a habit, and the changes you will see in a week are impressive.
I will be running these weeks once/month so by the time you feel your self practice fading another week will be held to get you back into the flow of fluidity!
The type of Yoga that I teach is a blend of Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow.
